Overview
Our team collaborated with Genetype, an innovative genetic testing startup, to launch the first at-home breast cancer risk test available for consumers. Based on extensive market research for personalized genetics-based risk and breast cancer incidence, we developed and launched a DTC e-commerce platform which was centered around a unique educational sales cycle. Highlighting the blend of science and individual care, our solution offered consumers a seamless integration with virtual genetic counselors, an intuitive user interface, and bank-grade data encryption.
Results
Post-launch, we recorded an impressive 5% conversion rate for the first 3 months of the campaign, with 50% of customers spending more than 10+ minutes reviewing our detailed landing pages.
