GeneType is a genetic testing startup focused on advancing predictive genetic testing and assessments to improve personalized healthcare. The brand is committed to integrating genetic and clinical data to offer comprehensive risk assessments for various conditions, including cancers and chronic diseases. GeneType’s services are designed to empower both physicians and patients by providing actionable genetic insights that aid in preventative health planning. Our team collaborated with Genetype to launch the first at-home breast cancer risk test available for consumers. Based on extensive market research for personalized genetics-based risk and breast cancer incidence, we developed and launched a new DTC e-commerce platform and media campaign.
Results
Highlighting the blend of science and individual care, we created a breast health content destination that offered consumers a seamless integration with virtual genetic counselors, an intuitive user interface, and bank-grade data encryption. Post-launch, we recorded an impressive 5% conversion rate for the first 3 months of the campaign, with 50% of customers spending more than 10+ minutes reviewing our detailed landing pages.
