Overview
Elicity is a health tech company dedicated to transforming the process of lab testing with advanced diagnostic tools into an equally sophisticated (DTC) direct-to-consumer program. Elicity's initial goal was to make this advanced type of allergy testing accessible for more consumers and benchmark marketplace conditions with uniquely made lab tests for specific allergies. We worked with Elicity to develop a media campaign and digital content to test their platform and understand the ROAS of their unique business opportunity.
Results
We used innovative targeting techniques for a narrow set of allergy keywords and related audience segments to successfully drive orders to their platform and gain significant market traction. Through continued optimization and tweaks, our strategic approach resulted in measurable levels of brand awareness and thousands of new customers.
