30 Watt is a manufacturer and supplier of unconventional products and gifts. Their product lineup includes unique items such as shower drink holders, planters, gift bags, drinkware accessories, and can be found in Target and other nationwide retail locations. The brand positions itself by offering unique and inventive solutions designed to add a touch of humor and convenience to everyday life. In a bid to capture a larger share of the market in the fiercely competitive SEO and DTC e-commerce landscape, we worked with 30 Watt to perform a thorough analysis and revamp of their growth strategy. Leveraging critical data from market analytics and applying best practices, we created a novel customer acquisition framework to expand the brand's sales channels into their own (DTC) direct-to-consumer offering.
Results
Using data from our analysis and new audience insights, we created a media strategy that would resonate with 30 Watt's unique customer base as well as drive new audiences to their website. In the first year of implementing marketing solutions for 30 Watt, we helped drive a +120% increase in user activity and traffic from a variety of paid and organic sources. After rolling out our e-commerce strategies with paid media, 30 Watt saw an impressive 300% increase in revenue on their Shopify platform.
