Shawn and Valters originally met while working in California, and their careers eventually led them back to the heartland where they decided to combine forces and create the best work of their lives.

Shawn Hansen

Born and raised in the Midwest, Shawn is a tenured ad-man who has worked at the helm of some of the world's most celebrated brands including Bentley, Porsche, Acura, and others. Shawn is responsible for relationships and strategy.

Valters Lauzums

Originally from the Baltic states, Valters previously held leadership roles at Red Bull and Wolverine Worldwide, and spent a decade in the agency world. Valters leads production and creative work, but his focus is mostly on cobbling together new ideas.
